HR & OD support to managers, entrepreneurs, and leaders - controlling risk in managing your people
Management Support
We’ll provide you specific and detailed HR and OD support. Our fees for this are as follows:
Organisation size | Annual fee for first named manager | Annual fee per additional manager |
---|---|---|
Small - up to 20 employees | £750+VAT | £250+VAT |
Medium - 21-50 employees | £1,300+VAT | £350+VAT |
Large - 51-250 employees | £2,500+VAT | £500+VAT |
We set out how this works in our product specification. In essence you can call us whenever you need us.
Where projects are agreed outwith the support product specification, these will be charged at our current hourly rate of £130+VAT per hour.
We are based in the Scottish Borders. Our support is provided online, by email or by telephone and is UK-centric. Following discussions, and where appropriate, you’ll receive template documents to assist you in managing the issue. In addition to direct contact with us, you can browse our knowledgebase, and search for general information on topics like recruitment or training. And you can browse our management books.
And every client who signs up to our support service will receive a complementary copy of our book, Because Your People Matter: a playbook for managers, entrepreneurs and leaders, worth £28.
To buy our support, email us at support@timelesstime.co.uk. We’ll then invoice you and your support will start immediately upon payment. We'll call you to set an initial meeting date. Read our general terms and conditions of sale before you buy.
Here's what some of our clients said about us
When I had shops and 27 staff I used another service for HR issues; but I wish I had used TimelessTime. More personal and responsive and they know what they are talking about. Also, much better value for money.
It appears that you are being well advised by TimelessTime on matters surrounding human resources and how to maintain a content and efficient workforce and I strongly suggest that you continue to accept and act on their advice
