Getting good staff is a perpetual problem for managers. In some disciplines like software engineering, there just aren’t enough good engineers in the labour market. This problem of how to find and recruit the best is not going to abate any time soon. This workshop discusses how managers in all businesses should set about recruiting the best starting with defining who's wanted and ending with getting them onboard and productive.
This workshop aims to hit all the main points of the science of recruitment and selection.

What are my transportation options for getting to and from the event?
By car the hotel is about five miles from Burgess Hill, 14 miles from Brighton and 16 miles from Gatwick Airport.
There are two direct trains an hour from London Victoria and four direct trains an hour from London Bridge stations. The journey time is about 45 minutes. There are taxis available outside Haywards Heath Railway station. The hotel is about 2 miles away from the station.
