Exevid Round Table of Managers - June 2020

30th June 2020
WorkshopOnline
Presented by John Berry & Sue Berry

Most managers wish that they could have a forum in which to discuss how to make good decisions day-to-day. Many also believe that talking to informed others will enlighten them and help develop their decision making.

TimelessTime provides a unique opportunity – the opportunity to discuss management practice with others who have real management knowledge and experience – and who embrace evidence-based management.

Exevid – ‘from evidence’- is a concept whereby there is no ‘best practice’, only management practice that is right for the firm’s situation and that is supported by evidence from research and experience.

Exevid Round Table of Managers is a facilitated discussion group offered to groups of like-minded managers. Either via a monthly open forum, or a dedicated forum only for managers in your firm.

Exevid Round Table of Managers meets monthly, on-line. During each round table, we’ll discuss a single big management topic - for example, how to build employee commitment, how to improve employee performance and how to improve business productivity. The actual topics are participant suggested and led.

Exevid Round Tables are restricted to eight participants, facilitated by a TimelessTime consultant. The aim is to explore the topic and reach meaningful conclusions that each participant can take away to apply in their organisation. We also hope to instil an inquisitiveness in each manager such that they will read further on the topic.

You'll see instant improvement for yourself.

For dedicated company forums you’ll see an instant improvement in your managers. From the first meeting each will be able to talk in a more expressive way about management practice. Each will have ideas. Each will be keen to discuss options for action.

Book your individual place on our current month's open forum here.

Or, if you’d like to kick off an Exevid programme for your firm, call us.

Programme

Each month we select a different discussion topic. We’ll provide you with some information before the forum to help you get the most out of the forum. It’s a discussion forum, so we expect people to take part and share their thoughts. But, if you just want to listen and learn that’s okay too.

General FAQs

How many people are on the forum?
We limit the number to eight people; any more people find it difficult to join in the conversation.

When do you run the forums?
We run an open forum from 3:30pm to 4:00pm monthly on the last Tuesday of the month. If you want to run a dedicated company forum we will agree the date and time that best suits your managers.

Can I access the forum from anywhere?
Yes, you can. All you need is access to a mobile phone, tablet, laptop or PC. You’ll need a headset and microphone so that you can join in the conversation. If you are running a dedicated company forum this means your managers can be anywhere in the world.

What is the cost of the open forum?
If you attend monthly forums we charge £50 (excluding VAT) per forum. We use Eventbrite for registration and payment. When you’re ready to sign up for a 12-month forum programme give us a call for a discounted rate.

What is the cost of the dedicated company forum?
Give us a call to discuss your requirements.
